1.1. By using the FluxReel AI Video Generator ("Service"), you agree to comply with these Terms.

1.2. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always appear on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

1.3. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the results will meet specific expectations.

1.4. If you access the Service from outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for complying with local laws.

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.3. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2.4. You agree not to upload or generate content that is illegal, defamatory, pornographic, infringes copyright, or violates any third-party rights.

2.5. FluxReel does not moderate uploads. You are solely responsible for the legality of your materials.

2.6. You acknowledge that all outputs are AI-generated, and the Company does not guarantee their accuracy or artistic suitability.

3.1. Flux Crystals are digital credits used exclusively within FluxReel to generate motion clips. They have no monetary or transferable value outside the platform.

3.2. Each second of video costs 1 Flux Crystal.

3.3. Predefined packages:

• 50 Flux Crystals = €17.50
• 200 Flux Crystals = €66.50 (5% discount)
• 1000 Flux Crystals = €315.00 (10% discount)

3.4. Custom orders automatically apply the same discount tiers: 5% off for ≥ 200, 10% off for ≥ 1000 Flux Crystals.

3.5. New users receive 10 Flux Crystals for free, enough to generate one 5-second clip.

3.6. All payments are processed securely via third-party providers. We do not store payment details.

3.7. Flux Crystals are credited automatically after successful payment and available for immediate use. Delivery may take up to one (1) business day in rare cases.

4.1. You may upload images in JPEG, PNG, or WEBP formats (up to 5 MB). Invalid or oversized files will trigger an inline error.

4.2. If a generation fails due to a technical error, timeout, or system fault, your Flux Crystals are automatically refunded.

4.3. If a prompt is rejected (for containing prohibited content), a toast message will appear: "Prompt rejected. Rephrase and try again."

4.4. If you run out of Flux Crystals, a modal appears: "Need more Flux Crystals?" with a link to top-up.

4.5. Generated videos are temporarily stored for download only. After download, the file is immediately deleted from our servers. We do not archive user content.

5.1. Payments are final once Flux Crystals have been delivered.

5.2. By purchasing Flux Crystals, you agree that digital content is made available immediately and you waive your statutory right of withdrawal after delivery begins.

5.3. Refunds are only issued if required by law or in the event of a confirmed technical failure (e.g., undelivered credits).

5.4. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the transaction. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days (up to 30 in exceptional cases) to the original payment method, minus transaction fees.

5.5. If your payment fails, no Flux Crystals are deducted, and no charge is captured.

5.6. All prices are in euros (€) and may change without notice.

6.1. You retain ownership of the videos you generate. You receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use them for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

6.2. You may not use generated content for illegal activities or to violate the rights of others.

6.3. FluxReel does not claim ownership of user-generated content. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display outputs for operational or promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing at [email protected].

6.4. All software, algorithms, and platform infrastructure remain the exclusive property of COMPUTEACH LIMITED.

7.1. The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.

7.2. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Service,
• Loss of data or content,
• Unauthorized access to accounts, or
• Delays or errors beyond our control.

7.3. You assume full responsibility for compliance with local laws regarding the use of generated content.

8.1. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8.2. Industry-standard security measures are applied, but absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.

8.3. By using the Service, you consent to the data-handling practices outlined therein.

9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9.2. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK, unless otherwise required by law.

9.3. Before initiating legal action, both parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution through direct communication or mediation.
